BOOKINGS
Your booking with Yes You Can North East CIC implies your acceptance with, and adherence to all Terms and Conditions.
Hypnotherapy and other therapies are not all recommended for anybody experiencing certain forms of mental disorders or psychiatric conditions. Therefore, Yes You Can North East CIC has the right to refuse therapy if we feel it will be detrimental to your overall wellbeing. In rare situations like these, we will recommend that prospective clients seek advice from their GP or Medical Consultant.
Full payment must be made prior to therapy commencing. We are firmly committed to accepting cash payments and donations, as this helps keep our running costs down. For your convenience we also accept PayPal, BACS and Cheque. All payments must be irrevocably cleared into our account prior to the commencement of therapy.
We can accept cancellation up to 48 hours’ notice. Outside of this time frame refunds cannot be issued.
PROGRAMS
When participating in any Program, full payment must be received in advance for the complete Program. Should you wish to end therapy before the Program has finished, no refund will be given.
YOUR APPOINTMENTS
If visiting at our clinic space, please arrive on time for your treatment. Arriving early may disturb the client before you. Please note, parking is available outside free of charge.
We confirm that all aspects of your appointment, making the booking, the session and any follow up communication are done in the strictest confidence.
If your appointment is over Skype, Zoom or any other platform, please ensure you have an excellent connection and are au fait with the use of the platform prior to therapy.
WORKING ONLINE
Our preference is to work face to face, however if circumstances dictate that we work over Skype, Zoom or any other video platform, it is advisable that another person is on site with you. You must provide an alternative telephone number other than the one you gave on booking. Please ensure you are seated in a comfortable place where you are completely supported for the duration of the session.
TIMINGS
All Client Sessions are 90 minutes. All Corporate or Group Sessions are 60 minutes, or multipes. If you are late, for a personal session the time will be deducted from your therapy session. If you are late for a Corporate or Group Session, the session will start on time without you, so that the other participants are not inconvenienced. Upon late arrival you will be admitted to join the session at the earliest possible opportunity.
CANCELLATIONS
On the rare occasion, we have to cancel or are running late, full notice will be given.
RECORDINGS
At each appointment, ensure your mobile phone device is on Airplane Mode and is completely charged so we are not disturbed during the recording of your session.
The Copyright to all recordings remain the sole ownership of Yes You Can North East CIC. We do not give permission to share or to invite others to listen because each session is personalised to your or the groups circumstances. We accept no responsibility or liability. All recordings must be listened to in a safe comfortable place. We do not recommend you listen to your recordings whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please do not listen to your recording’s whilst driving operating machinery.
We make no guarantee that Hypnotherapy or other therapy sessions will be 100% successful, in the same way that conventional medicine cannot guarantee 100% success.
Your results will be determined by your willingness, determination and commitment to the task in hand.
